Damion’s professional journey began in the world of luxury interiors. He spent years perfecting his craft at Roche Bobois in Beverly Hills and held design roles at Louis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren. These experiences honed his eye for detail, quality, and emotional impact. Along the way, he completed studies at UCLA Extension in Interior Design & Architecture, building on a foundation of creativity with academic rigor. But Damion’s vision extended beyond beauty and commerce. While working at non-profits like Housing Works in New York, he saw how design could support people in recovery, addressing homelessness, addiction, and mental health. This inspired him to challenge conventional design.

PIDA Interior Design Solutions & HRID

In 2020 Damion launched PIDA Interior Design Solutions (PIDA2), a firm dedicated to inclusive, community-centered projects.
